Bhutan Hydropower Services Limited, Jigmeling, Gelephu is pleased to announce the vacancy for the following positions on Contract for two years.

(Yungichhu- Lhuntse; Burgangchhu- Zhemgang; Suchhu-Haa)

Interested and eligible Bhutanese candidates fulfilling the above criteria/requirement are invited to submit the application to Head, HR&AU, BHSL, Jigmeling, Gelephu, Post Box No. 164 or submit electronically to sraj.bhsl@gmail.com on or before the 18th June 2023 along with the following mandatory documents. 

1. Duly filled BHSL Job Application Form
2. Curriculum Vitae (Applicable to sl.no 1,2 & 3  only)
3. Academic Transcripts
   1. Mark Sheet and pass certificates for class X and XII
   2. Mark sheet (semester wise) and completion/Provisional Certificate for degree (Grade conversion of mark sheet must also be submitted if marks are awarded in CGPA)
4. Copy of CID (both sides)
5. Valid Medical Fitness Certificate (not beyond 6 months validity). Any over writing shall not be accepted unless authenticated by the examining Doctor.
6. Valid Security Clearance Certificate (to be authenticated online)
7. Relevant experience / Training certificate for the post applied

“An application that is not accompanied by any of the mandatory documents as specified above, whether in part or whole and not clearly scanned, shall be rejected without citing any reason”.

BHSL reserves the right to either increase or decrease the number of intakes or may not take any, depending on the qualification/experiences /capabilities of the interested candidates, and their performance in the interview. BHSL also reserves the right to select the next candidate based on the merit ranking should a selected candidate withdraw.

In case, there are more requirements than the announced post within 6 months, BHSL shall recruit from the merit standby list.

Note:

1. Selected Candidates shall be required to produce No Objection Certificate from their current employer if they are currently employed at the time of appointment.
2. Candidates who have submitted complete documents will be shortlisted based on academic merits where appropriate. Incomplete application and/or non-submission of any required documents will be disqualified. Applicants must look out for the announcement of shortlisted name list in the BHSL website for details of the interview venue, time and date.
3. BHSL will not be responsible if any candidates do not appear for the interview on the announced dates.
4. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated for the selection interview. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview for shortlisted applicants without which the case shall not be considered.

Important note for Selected Candidates  

1. Selected candidates for the post shall sign and execute the contract with BHSL upon confirmation of appointment prior to the commencement of the employment. The contract period shall be for the term of 2 (two) years initially.
2. Only selected candidates for the position placed at the Project site (Yungichhu / Burgangchhu /Suchhu) for installation works shall be admissible for the payout of Project Allowance (PA) at the rate of 30% of the Basic pay (see details of pay & allowance).
