Sub: Air Ticket Quotation 

The Royal Institute of Management is pleased to invite sealed bids from the eligible license holders for supply of air tickets via the most direct routes from the following sectors: 

Type of Class : Economy 

No. of pax : 4 Pax 

Date : 20/7/2022 and 13/08/2022 TO & FRO] 

Sector : Paro-Delhi - Jaipur-Delhi-Paro 

The terms and conditions are specified below: 

1.  Sealed quoted rates must be submitted to RIM along with the copy of valid Ticketing License and Tax Clearance Certificate on or before July 15, 2022 before 11.00 am and will be opened on the same day at 11.30 am. 

2.  Please submit the quotation with full fare and the rate should be quoted as per the sector 

given above. 3. Airline and seats must be confirmed while submitting the quotation and submit confirmed 

itineraries. 

4. The details of the traveler (s) will be provided in the work order 
5.  Any bids received after the deadline will be rejected and return unopened to the bidder. 
6.  Will not accept unconditional quotation like an increase of airfares and changing of 

airlines at the time of travel after the issue of air ticket(s) 

7. Tender should be accompanied by security deposit of Nu. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) in 

the form of Demand draft/cash warrant issued in favor of the Director, RIM. 

8.  The quotation without security deposit and without sealed envelope will be rejected. 
9.  The security deposit of Nu. 10,000/- of the lowest evaluated bidder shall be retained with the RIM as performance security deposit and will be returned only after the delivery of the air tickets and return of officials from abroad mentioned in the supply order for the above sector. 
10.  In case the lowest bidder withdraws his/her bid then the second lowest bidder shall be asked to purchase and issue tickets and the difference amount shall be borne by the lowest bidder.

11. The selected bidder will be awarded for air ticketing within three working days from the date of opening of bids and only the winner of the bid will be informed. 

12.  No complaint either in written or verbal shall be accepted from the travel agent after the award is finalized. 

13.  The purchaser reserves every right to reject the bids if it is found not responsive to terms and conditions, and the decision of tender committee will be final and binding. 

14.  The bids in a sealed envelope should be addressed to the Director, Royal Institute of  Management, Semtokha.
