RENEW Organization; Thimphu would like to invite sealed Quotations for Hiring of Consultancy for Web Designer the eligible firm to participate in tender based on the ToR attached. As per the Financial Rules and regulation the tender must be accompanied by (Refundable) bid security of 10% of the total bid value in Cheque drawn in favor of ‘RENEW Secretariat’ payable at Thimphu Bhutan.

The consultancy should submit the following documents.                                                           

1. Production house License & Tax clearance certificate
2. Submit the Financial and Technical proposal in 2 separate sealed envelopes addressed to the Coordination Unit.
